What to Expect:
1. Beautifully Packaged Ink Pad Kit: When you order the Imprint Experience, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated Ink Pad, elegantly wrapped in our signature Se-Luna packaging. Inside the beautifully designed bag, you will find:
* A branded envelope containing an easy-to-use Ink Pad.
* A Step-by-Step Instruction Card detailing how to capture your loved one’s fingerprint in perfect condition.
This is specifically designed so you can give the gift right away without needing to go through the fingerprint process.
2. Guided Fingerprint Creation: The Instruction Card will also include a QR Code that links to a video tutorial, guiding the recipient through the process of taking a clear and detailed fingerprint. The video ensures that the fingerprint is captured correctly.
3. Personalized and Timeless: Apart from the instruction card, The recipient will be provided with a seperate card which they can link the fingerprint to their Order, this explains how to submit it to us for the next step in creating your bespoke piece of jewellery. Once we receive the fingerprint, our Se-Luna Team will begin their Imprint, in order for them to have it ready in about 3-4 Business days from when the fingerprint is sent.

For Malta & Gozo, free delivery is available on orders over €40, with deliveries made within 2 to 3 business days via Fastdrop courier (eCabs) once the order is fulfilled.

• Orders over €40:
Your jewellery will arrive in a premium Magnetic Box (note: not for each item), along with a Gift Card with your personalised message, and Craft Paper for a refined presentation.
• Demi Fine Jewellery:
Each piece comes in its own Separate Magnetic Box, complete with a Gift Card with your personalised message and Craft Paper for added elegance.
• Fine Jewellery:
For our Fine Jewellery pieces, we provide Separate Magnetic Boxes for each item, a Certificate of Authenticity, Gift Card with your personalised message, and Craft Paper for that extra special touch.
