Se-Luna Returns Policy

At Se-Luna, we are committed to providing you with high-quality jewellery and a smooth shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of purchase. For exchanges, simply follow the return process, and you’ll receive store credit to choose a new item. Please review our return policy details below.

Important Information

•⁠ ⁠Exchanges: For exchanges, please follow the same procedure as our return process.


•⁠ ⁠⁠Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. (For the holiday season, to accommodate Christmas gifting, the return and exchange period has been extended until 8th January 2025.)


•⁠ ⁠⁠Condition of Return: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.


•⁠ ⁠⁠Refund Method: We offer store credit only, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

•⁠ Personalized or engraved items cannot be exchanged or returned.

How To initiate a Return or Exchange?


1.⁠ ⁠To initiate a return, please click on the below button.


2.⁠ ⁠Enter your order number and the email address or contact number used to place the order.


3.⁠ ⁠Submit the return request for our review.



Approval & Pick-Up:


1.⁠ ⁠Once we review and approve your return request, you will receive an approval email.


2.⁠ ⁠Our team will contact you to confirm the pick-up address for your return.

Return Pick-Up:


1.⁠ ⁠Our courier will collect the item from your provided address.


2.⁠ ⁠Inspection & Store Credit - Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is:

  • Unworn and in its original, undamaged condition & returned in the same state as you received it.


3.⁠ ⁠After passing inspection, we will issue store credit equal to the amount of your original purchase (minus the return pick-up fee of 5€).


4.⁠ ⁠You will receive an email confirmation of your store credit once the return is processed.



A €5 pick-up return fee will be deducted from your store credit. This fee covers the cost of the return service and will be applied automatically.
