We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time due to reasons such as product availability, inaccuracies in pricing, errors in your order, or other factors. We may also cancel orders if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
4. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively “Promotions”) provided through our Service may be subject to additional rules separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules and our Privacy Policy. In case of a conflict between the Promotion rules and these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
5. Refunds
We offer a 15-day store-credit guarantee on your items. This refund policy only applies to the original purchaser. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another product within 15 days, as long as the items are unused and in their original condition. Please note that One4All voucher purchases cannot be refunded. Additionally, a €5 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund if an item was delivered. Earrings cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
6. Content
Our Service allows users to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available content such as text, graphics, videos, and other materials (“Content”). You are responsible for any Content you post, including its legality and appropriateness.
By posting Content, you represent and warrant that:
(i) You own or have the rights to use the Content and grant us the rights to use it, and

Se-Luna reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor and edit Content submitted by users.
