At Se-Luna Jewellery, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Our jewellery comes with the following warranty coverage:
• 12-month warranty for fashion jewellery.
• 24-month warranty for demi-fine and fine jewellery.
No receipt is required, as long as we can track your order.
This warranty covers:
1. Manufacturing Defects: Any damage to your jewellery that occurs during production or as a result of a manufacturing fault.
2. Stone Loss: Loss of stones caused by manufacturing defects.
If your jewellery falls under one of these conditions, please contact us at info@se-luna.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Warranty Limitations:
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by regular wear and tear, improper use, or accidents. This includes severe scratches, dents, or other damage from use.
• Gold plating (especially our 18k gold plating) is a delicate finish. While stainless steel is durable, neglecting proper Product Care may result in fading or tarnishing of the plating, and in such cases, the warranty will not apply.
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewellery, please ensure you follow the Product Care guidelines provided with your purchase.
